Melt butter or margarine in a jug. This step is optional - you do not have to use any fat. Add the milk and eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Heat for half the cooking time . Stir scrambled egg after half the cooking time.
At the end of the cooking time, the scrambled egg is creamy. But becomes firm after a couple of minutes. For 2 eggs allow on HIGH for 1-1½ minutes. For 4 eggs allow on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
