Microwave Rice Pudding Recipe

Serves 4

Cooking time: 30 mins.

Dish : 3 liters ( 6 pt ) casserole dish

Microwave Rice Pudding 

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 g or 2 oz flaked rice, pudding rice, or sago
  • 600 ml or 1 pt milk
  • 25 g or 1 oz sugar
  • 25 g or 1 oz butter
  • nutmeg 

Microwave Rice Puddin Method:

Put all the ingredients in a large casserole dish. For 30 minutes, cover and cook on LOW.
Stir well every 10 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg at the end of cooking.Stand for 10 minutes.

Note:

 If the pudding is too runny heat for a further 5 minutes.
