ITALIAN ALFREDO SAUCE
YOU WILL NEED:
- 90g ( 30z ) butter
- ½ cup cream
- 90g ( 30z ) grated parmesan cheese
- salt,
- pepper
- chopped parsley
ITALIAN ALFREDO SAUCE:
Place butter and cream in a pan, and stir over low heat until butter is melted and well combined with cream. Remove from heat. Add grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and stir until sauce is blended and smooth.
Traditionally, this sauce is spooned over hot fettuccine or tagliatelle. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
