ITALIAN TUNA & MUSHROOM SAUCE
YOU WILL NEED:
- 450g can tuna
- 1 large onion
- 90g ( 30z ) butter
- 90g ( 30z ) button mushrooms
- 300ml carton cream
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- salt,
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
ITALIAN TUNA & MUSHROOM SAUCE RECIPE:
Melt butter in a pan, add peeled and finely chopped
onion and drained tuna to the pan, and stir over medium heat until the onion is
just tender.
Chop mushrooms in half, add to the pan, and toss
lightly. Stir in cream, tomato paste, and season with salt and pepper. Bring
sauce to boil, remove from heat immediately, and stir in chopped parsley.
