EASY PEANUT HONEY SAUCE WITH RICE NOODLES
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 200g rice vermicelli noodles
- oil for deep-frying
EASY PEANUT HONEY SAUCE WITH RICE NOODLES METHOD:
Blend or process peanut butter, water, sugar, and honey until smooth. Deep-fry noodles in batches in hot oil for about 10 seconds or until crisp; drain on absorbent paper. Serve sauce over noodles; top with mango slices, if desired.
Serves 4.
Note: Sauce can be made several days ahead. Noodles are best cooked just before serving.
Freeze: Not suitable.
Microwave: Not suitable.
