Microwave Tiffin

INGREDIENTS

  • 225 g or 8oz biscuits, crushed
  • 50 g or 2oz margarine
  • 50 g or 2oz golden syrup
  • 50 g or 2oz walnuts, chopped
  • 50 g or 2oz cherries, chopped
  • 225 g or 8oz chocolate

MICROWAVE TIFFIN METHOD:

Put half the chocolate, margarine, and syrup in a bowl. Melton HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir in the biscuits, cherries, and walnuts. Press into a greased 20 cm ( 8 " ) square dish. Melt the rest of the chocolate in a basin on HIGH for 2 mins and spread over the top of the biscuits. Leave in a cool place to set, then cut into squares. 

Power: HIGH

Makes 12-16 slices

Cooking time : 3 mins.

Dish: 20 cm ( 8 " ) square dish
