Microwave Nutty Butterscotch Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 25 g or 1oz butter
- 2 x 15 ml or 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 x 15 ml or 1tbsp golden syrup
- 3 x 15 ml or 3 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
- 1 x 5 ml or 1 tsp lemon juice
Microwave Nutty
Butterscotch Sauce Method:
Heat the butter sugar
and syrup on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Add the nuts and lemon
juice.
Serve the sauce warm
Power: HIGH
Serves 4
Cooking time : 3 mins.
Dish: 1 liter ( 2 pt ) jug
