Microwave Chocolate Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 15 or 1 tbsp ml sugar
- 15 g or 1/2 oz cornflour
- 15g or 1/2 oz cocoa powder
- 300 ml or 1/2pt milk
- 1x5ml or 1 tsp vanilla essence
Microwave Chocolate Sauce Method:
In a jug mix together
the sugar, cornflour, and cocoa with a little of the milk and vanilla essence. Add the rest of the milk and
heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, stirring twice.
Serve with steamed or baked puddings.
Note: Use the above method when making up blancmanges.

Serves 4
Cooking time: 3½ mins.
