Microwave Meat or Poultry Gravy
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 x 15 ml or 1-2 tbsp flour
- 300 ml or ½ pint
- stock
- salt and pepper
- meat or poultry dripping
Microwave Meat or Poultry Gravy Method:
Pour off all but 15 ml ( 1 tbsp ) dripping from the roasting dish, but try to keep all the sediment. Stir in the flour. Gradually blend in the stock. Transfer to a jug and cook on HIGH for 212-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste and serve.
Power: HIGH
Cooking time : 3 mins.
Dish: 1 liter ( 2 pt ) jug
