Microwave Lemon Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 2x 5 ml or 2 tsp caster sugar
- 15 g or ½ oz cornflour
- 300 ml or 1/2 pt water
Microwave Lemon Sauce Method:
In a jug mix the cornflour, sugar, and lemon into a paste, stir in the water cook on HIGH for 4 minutes,stirring once
Power: HIGH
Serves 4
Cooking time: 4 mins.
Dish: 1 liter ( 2 pt ) basin
