Microwave Hollandaise Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 2 x 15 ml or 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 100 g or 4 oz unsalted butter, diced
- 3 egg yolks
- pinch of salt
Microwave Hollandaise Sauce Method:
Put the egg yolks and vinegar in a jug, mix well then add
the diced butter.
Heat on HIGH for I min, whisking every 10-15 seconds.
Season the thickened sauce with salt.
Note: This cooks
very quickly, as the sauce thickens stir every 5 seconds.

Cooking time: I min.
Dish: 1 liter ( 2 pt ) jug
