Microwave Apple Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 450 g or 1 lb cooking apples
- pinch salt
- 2x 5 ml or 2 tsp sugar
- 15 g or 1/2 oz butter
Microwave Apple Sauce Method:
Peel, core, and slice apples into a basin. Cover and cook on
HIGH for 6-7 minutes.Either liquidize the apples or rub them through a sieve. Return to bowl. Add salt, sugar, and butter, and stir well. Reheat for I minute
then serve
Power: HIGH
Serves 4
Cooking time: 6-7 mins.
Dish: 1 liter ( 2 pt ) basin
