Cut all the vegetables into even-sized pieces, shred the cabbage, and dice the potato.
Put all the vegetables in a large casserole or soup tureen,
with the margarine. Cover with a lid or cling film. Cook on HIGH for 10
minutes to soften, then add stock, tomatoes, herbs, etc.
If there is pasta or cooked meats in the recipe add these 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Stand for 10 minutes before serving. soup.
