INGREDIENTS
- 1 can tomato juice
- 1 large can of carrots
- ½ zest and juice of orange
- pinch nutmeg
- salt and pepper
To garnish: snipped chives
MICROWAVE TOMATO AND CARROT SOUP RECIPE
Put the carrots in a liquidizer and blend to a puree. Combine carrots and the rest of the ingredients in a basin. Heat on MEDIUM for 7-10 minutes. Stir once during cooking. Stir well at the end of cooking. Garnish with snipped chives.
