Microwave Roasting Chicken Portions
Arrange chicken portions in a single layer, meaty parts to the outside, in a shallow dish. Brush with melted margarine or oil.
Sprinkle with the desired coating. Cover with cling film and cook by Power and Time or on Auto. Stand for 5 minutes before serving.
