MICROWAVE HUNTSMAN SOUP 

INGREDIENTS                    

  •  1 large can of Scotch Broth
  •  150 ml   white wine          
  • 4  French bread
  •   slices of cheese

MICROWAVE HUNTSMAN SOUP RECIPE METHOD:

Put the scotch broth and wine in a bowl. Heat on HIGH for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle into serving dishes. Float a piece of bread in each dish. Top with a cheese slice. Heat 4 dishes at a time for 1 minute, or until the cheese has melted. Use oxtail soup and red wine for a change.

Power: HIGH

Serves 4

Cooking time: 7-10 mins

Dish: 1-4 liter ( 2½ pt ) basin
