Place roast on an upturned saucer in a shallow dish. ( The dish should be Pyrex or ceramic ) or use a ceramic roasting dish.
Brush with oil and sprinkle with Browning seasoning or herbs as desired. DO NOT SALT.
If two pieces of cling film are necessary make sure that there is an overlap of at least 2.5 cm ( 1 " ).
Completely
cover the meat with cling film. Making
sure that it is well sealed down the sides of the dish.
Do not pierce cling film. Do not use roaster bags. Cook on desired Auto program. At the end of cooking. leave to stand covered for 15-20 minutes.
Advice: Instead of cling film and a Pyrex dish, the Waveware round roasting set can be used. Meats should not touch the inside of the dome. The lid should sit on the dish properly and should be clear of the meat all around. If this is not possible, use the above method. DO NOT use plastic dishes, as cling film does not adhere to them.
