In most microwaves, there are three categories for the food items most popularly reheated. Just select the category. The number of portions (1-4) and press start. The oven is automatically programmed with the correct reheating times and power levels.

Always reheat in a casserole dish covered with a lid or with cling film. Stir once during heating and once before serving.
ARRANGING
When plating up meals
always arrange the food around the edge of the plate with delicate items in the
center. Flatten mashed potato and dot with butter. Cover meat with gravy.
PLATED MEALS
As everyone's
appetite varies this gives you a selection of portion sizes. Never reheat more
than two meals at a time. Use a plate stacking ring to separate dinner. Always
reheat covered.
