RAINBOW COLESLAW
Prepare the day before required add dressing just before serving
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 green cabbage
- 1/4 red cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 sticks celery
- 450g can of crushed pineapple
MUSTARD DRESSING
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup French dressing
- 1 1/2 teaspoon french mustard
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- salt,
- pepper
RAINBOW COLESLAW RECIPE:
Wash cabbage and shred finely grated onion Combine cabbage, onion chopped celery, and drained pineapple Refrigerate covered, and mix dressing through the salad before serving Mustard Dressing: Combine all ingredients: mix well
Serves 4 to 6
