QUICK GAZPACHO
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 small onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 small chill 400g can tomatoes
- ½ cup bottled French dressing
- 1/4 cup water
- salt,
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
QUICK GAZPACHO RECIPE:
Peel cucumber and onion, chop roughly, chop pepper and celery roughly, seed chill Place vegetables in blender or food processor with undrained tomatoes, french dressing, and water, blend or process until vegetables are finely chopped Season with salt and pepper, cover, refrigerate several hours Stir in parsley
