CORN AND BACON SOUP
INGREDIENTS
- 425g can cream comm
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 30g butter
- 1/4 green pepper
- 4 shallots
- 1 bacon rasher
- 1/4 cup cream
CORN AND BACON SOUP RECIPE:
Combine creamed corn and chicken stock, and heat gently Meit butter in a pan. chopped pepper, add shallots and finely chopped bacon, and cook until bacon is crisp Puree pepper, shallots, and bacon in a blender Add corn mixture and blend until smooth Cool, stir in cream. Re-refrigerate until well chilled Garnish with finely chopped shallots
