CABANOSSI CARBONARA
INGREDIENTS:
- 375g pasta
- 500g cabanossi sausage
- 30g butter
- ½ cup cream
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- salt,
- pepper
CABANOSSI CARBONARA RECIPE:
Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes; drain. While pasta is cooking, cook sliced cabanossi in half the butter for a few minutes, add cream and paprika, and remove from heat. Combine beaten eggs, parmesan cheese, and parsley in a bowl. While the pasta is hot, quickly add the remaining butter, cabanossi, and cream mixture, then the egg mixture, and stir lightly until combined. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
