BUCATINI WITH MUTTON AND TOMATOES
INGREDIENTS
- 250g bucatini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 250g mutton, chopped
- 2 x 410g cans tomatoes, drained, chopped
- 4 ( 140g ) bocconcini cheese , chopped
BUCATINI WITH MUTTON AND TOMATOES METHOD:
Add pasta to a large pan of
boiling water, boil, uncovered, until just tender; drain. Heat oil in the pan, add onions and mutton, and cook, stirring, until meat is tender and onions are soft. Stir in
tomatoes, stir over heat for minutes. Stir in bocconcini and pasta, until
heated through.
Serves 4.
Note: The recipe is best made just before
serving.
Freeze: Not suitable.
Microwave: Pasta suitable.
