ANGEL PASTA WITH CREAMY SALMON AND CAVIAR
INGREDIENTS
- 250g capelli d'angelo pasta
- 100g smoked salmon pieces
- 300ml carton of thickened cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped red Spanish onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 50g salmon roe ( caviar )
ANGEL PASTA WITH CREAMY SALMON AND CAVIAR METHOD:
Add pasta to a large pan of boiling water and boil, uncovered, until just tender, drain, and keep warm.
Cut salmon into strips. Heat cream in a pan, bring to a boil,
simmer, add onion, and cook until heated through. Stir in chives, remove from
heat, add salmon and roe. Stir gently to separate roe. Serve sauce over
pasta.
Serves 4.
Note: Best made
close to serving.
Freeze: Not
suitable.
Microwave:
Pasta suitable.
