Put boil - in - bag, into a shallow dish, pierce twice, cover the dish with cling film, and cook. For dishes with frozen rice add the rice when the cooking time appears in the display.

Frozen casseroles should be recovered with fresh cling film or a clean lid and cooked.
Frozen entrees in foil containers
should be transferred to suitable containers and covered with cling film. And cook.
