Prepearing Foods For Freezer To Table Setting

Put boil - in - bag, into a shallow dish, pierce twice, cover the dish with cling film, and cook. For dishes with frozen rice add the rice when the cooking time appears in the display.

Frozen vegetables should be cooked in a casserole dish with a lid. Do not cook in the bag.

Tip frozen veg into a suitable dish, and cover with cling film or a lid. Arrange fish in a single layer in a suitable dish and cover it with cling film.

Frozen plated meals should have the foil covers removed. Re-cover with cling film and cook.

Meat and poultry should be removed from their wrappers, placed on an up tuupturneder in a shallow dish or a ceramic roasting dish, and, covered with cling film. Cook immediately in the desired setting. Stand for 20 minutes at the end of cooking.

Frozen casseroles should be recovered with fresh cling film or a clean lid and cooked.

Frozen entrees in foil containers should be transferred to suitable containers and covered with cling film. And cook.

 DO NOT COOK FROZEN CHICKENS WITH GIBLETS.
