Microwave Coley Charlotte Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 750 g or 1½ 1b Coley filets, skinned
- lemon juice
- salt, and pepper
- 100 g or 4 oz breadcrumbs
- 6 tomatoes, sliced,
- 150g or 6 oz grated cheese
- 50g or 2 oz butter
Microwave Coley Charlotte Method:
Arrange the fish in the base of a casserole dish. Sprinkle it with lemon juice and season lightly. Arrange half of the tomato slices over the fish, then half the breadcrumbs, and then half the cheese, Continue layering, ending with cheese. Melt butter in a jug on IGH for a minute Pour over the cheese. Cook uncovered on HIGH for 10-12 minutes.
