BUTTER OAT SNAPS
1 cup rolled oats1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup raw sugar
125g butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Combine oats, sifted flour, coconut, and sugar in the basin, and mix in combined melted butter, honey, water, and soda Roil teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls, and place about Scm apart on lightly greased oven trays. Bake in a moderate oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown cool on trays

SESAME SEED SQUARES
250g ( 1 1/2 cups ) sesame seeds1½ cups coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients thoroughly Press evenly into lightly greased lamington tin ( base measures 16cm x 26cm ) Bake in a slow oven for 30 minutes. or until the mixture is light golden brown Cut into squares while hot, cool in tin. 60g butter
SOUR CREAM SULTANA BISCUITS
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of sods
1/2cup sour cream
1/2 cup sultanas
1 cup coconut
Cream butter and lemon rind sugar, beat well, add egg better light and fluffy Str in shed four and soda with sour cream, mix in sultana Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into bas roll in coconut place on lightly greased oven trays about Som apart Bake in moderate oven 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown Coat on trays.

185g butter1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup plain flour
250g cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar, extra
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg, extra

MUESLI APRICOT SLICE
1/2 cup untoasted muesli1/2 cup self-raising flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup coconut
125g dried apricots
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
185g butter
2 tablespoons golden syrup
2 eggs
Mix musk, sifted flour, cars, coconut chopped apricots, and sugar together in a bowl Melt butter and golden syrup together over low heat pour into muesli mixture Str in lightly beat eggs, and mix all ingredients well Pour into well-greased lamington in base measures 16cm 26cm ) Base moderate oven 30 minutes or un slice shrinks slightly from the side of tin Cool in the tin, cut when cold
