PUMPKIN GUICHE 

QUICHE

  • 1/2 cup wholemeal self-raising four 
  • 1/2cup wholemeal plain flour 
  • 125g butter 
  • 1 egg yolk 
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, approximately 

FILLING 

  • 500g pumpkin
  •  2 rashers bacon 
  • 3 shallots 
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • 250g feta cheese 
  • 3 eggs cup of cream 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley pepper 

PUMPKIN GUICHE RECIPE:

Filling: Peel pumpkin, boil or steam in the usual way until tender, drain well, and cool Chop bacon finely, and cook in pan until crisp. add chopped shallots and crushed garlic, and cook a few minutes Push cheese and pumpkin through six add lightly beaten eggs cream parsley, and pepper, and mix well add bacon mixture.
