YOU WILL NEED: 

  • 250g ( 80z ) spaghetti
  • 3 red chilies
  •  4 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 125g ( 40z ) butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt,
  • pepper
  • 60g ( 2oz ) parmesan cheese 

ITALIAN CHILLI SAUCE RECIPE:

Finely chop shallots, peel, and crush the garlic. Halve chilies, remove seeds from the center and chop chilies finely. ( Wear rubber gloves when removing seeds from chilies they can burn the fingers. ) -

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes or until just tender; drain well. Heat butter in a frying pan, add garlic, chilies, and shallots, and cook for 2 minutes. Add spaghetti, parsley, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine. Serve sprinkled with finely grated parmesan cheese.
