EASY BEEF RAVIOLI WITH LEMON DRESSING
INGREDIENTS
- 500g beef ravioli
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 390g can pimientos , drained , sliced
- 1/3 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/3 cup small fresh oregano leaves
LEMON DRESSING
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
EASY BEEF RAVIOLI WITH LEMON DRESSING METHOD:
The ravioli should be cooked
in a large pan of boiling water, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, and then
drained,
Combine ravioli, mushrooms, pimientos, olives, and
oregano in a bowl; mix well. Pour over dressing; mix well. Dressing: Combine
all ingredients in a jar; shake well.
Serves 4.
Note: Can be made
several hours ahead.
Storage: Covered, in refrigerator.
Freeze: Not
suitable.
Microwave: Not
suitable.
