Microwave Chocolate Fudge
INGREDIENTS
- 350 g or 12oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 200 g or I can condensed milk
- 25 g
or 1 oz butter
MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a large heatproof bowlCook on MEDIUM power for 3-4 minutes stirring twice. Pour into a greased 7 " square dish and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
Power: MEDIUM
Makes 20 squares
Cooking time : 3-4 mins.
Dish: 18 cm ( 7 " ) square dish, large mixing bowl to mix.
